SHIPPING & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Lunar Bay.


We endeavour to ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from our store in Forster, New South Wales. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

  • $10.00 flat rate shipping*

  • *BULKY ITEMS MAY INCLUDE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE 

  • Local pickup is available to customers in the Forster Tuncurry area. Please select "Local Pickup" as your shipping preference. We will contact you once your order is complete to arrange a time for collection at your earliest convenience.


Once your parcel is dispatched, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

If any delays are anticipated with your order, we will contact you immediately.

GIFTS

If your order is intended as a gift, please write "GIFT" in the order comments. We will ship to the provided shipping address without an invoice, and send your invoice electronically to your order email address. If your shipping address is different to your billing address we will also send your invoice electronically, and no invoice will be delivered with your order. This way your purchase amount remains your private information. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Non-returnable items include: 

  • Beauty products & Baby balms & creams.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 

  • Items removed from original packaging 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We do not refund change of mind purchases but may offer store credit in certain circumstances. Please choose carefully.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company or banking institution as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE REFUNDS

We do not accept return of sale items. If purchasing a discounted item, please choose carefully. 
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGABLES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lunarbayforster@gmail.com

GIFT CARDS

We do not offer refund on gift cards, or gift certificates, nor are these to be exchanged for cash.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless issue is confirmed a factory fault. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
